Leverage Education has supported education and mission-driven organizations with strategy, initiative design, facilitation, professional learning, funding, and implementation. The examples below are intentionally de-identified for public display. Client references can be provided when appropriate and with permission.
Statewide strategy
Designed, facilitated, and authored a five-year strategic plan for a statewide association representing multiple community colleges. The work included a presidential retreat, mission and vision development, shared priority setting, executive alignment, and a final plan used to guide the association's direction and advocacy.
Institutional strategy
Designed and led a phased strategic planning process for a private university navigating enrollment pressure, market shifts, and questions of student value. Partnered with executive leadership to define priorities and measures, synthesized constituent input, and translated the work into a five-year institutional roadmap.
Initiative design
Developed a new AI-focused education and workforce initiative for a community college. Grounded the concept in demographic, labor-market, and equity data; built the partnership model, budget, and performance measures; and developed the proposal that secured a $400,000 grant.
Nonprofit strategy
Developed the strategic plan for a major urban Boys & Girls Club organization, helping leadership clarify priorities and translate organizational goals into a practical direction for the next phase of the organization.
Professional learning
Designed and delivered two custom professional-development workshops for college employees. The sessions connected institutional strategy, decision-making, and the day-to-day work of employees, with practical tools and facilitated reflection designed for an experienced higher-education audience.
Pathway design
Developed a multi-stage education initiative designed to connect secondary education, university study, data and analytics, and workforce opportunity. Conducted a national scan, facilitated constituent interviews, framed the model, and developed materials to support philanthropic investment.
Executive search
Designed and facilitated a board-led CEO search for a statewide technology nonprofit following the planned retirement of its founding chief executive. Defined the leadership profile and evaluation criteria, facilitated constituent input, and managed the search process through candidate screening and transition.
